Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Todoal Pro subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in your billing settings.

When you cancel your subscription, your Pro access will normally remain available until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated during cancellation. After the current billing period ends, your subscription will not automatically renew.

2. No Refund Policy

All Todoal Pro payments are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, we do not provide refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, accidental purchases, changes of mind, or failure to use the service.

If you cancel your subscription after a payment has already been processed, the cancellation will prevent future renewal but will not create a refund for the current billing period.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, such as a duplicate charge or an amount that does not match your subscription, contact us at contact@todoal.com.

We may investigate payment errors and correct confirmed billing mistakes at our discretion.

4. Payment Processing

Todoal Pro payments are processed by our third-party payment provider Paddle.

Paddle may act as the merchant of record and may process payments, refunds, taxes, and related billing information according to its applicable terms and policies.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund or gives you a statutory cancellation right, those legal rights will apply regardless of this policy.

6. Changes to Your Subscription

You may manage your Todoal Pro subscription, including cancellation, through the billing section of your account.

Cancellation does not delete your Todoal account or your existing Todoal data unless you separately choose to delete your account.
